For existing customers, we are usually happy to extend credit terms. If you are a new customer, we ask for payment to be received before providing the software. This can be via credit card or bank transfer. Once the order is approved, the software is provided electronically (via download), usually within 24 hours and often faster than this.

The price includes the first year of support and maintenance. After this there is an annual fee; it is optional but highly recommended. As well as providing free updates to the software, it is essential if you have any problems, questions, issues with your license etc.
